Our Blues band played a promotion party for a friend of mine last night. I'm the clown behind the drums. It looks like I'm hiding but I really wasn't. Even though our band playes mostly Blues I'm still a Classic Rock drummer at heart.
I was affraid of drowning out the guys so I played the toms a bit too lightly. Next time I'll pop them a little harder.
BTW...I was wearing a Doors T-shirt along with my Rock and Roll Hall of Fame cap. Why is it drummers always feel the need to make a statement?LOL
