Angel House Orphanage was established in 2003.  It began with 28 children and one volunteer missionary in rented quarters. Now the Angel House Orphanage staff of 10 Tanzanians and 5 volunteer missionaries care for 50 children.  Angel House now has its own building complex and secondary school. In order to broaden its support base, the mission became a non-profit corporation in 2005. Angel Secondary School was opened in 2011 to meet the needs of resident children as well as those from the surrounding villages.

So what brings all of this on? I recently met an Angel House teacher who happened to be back home here in the U.S. to speak to various support agencies. I always felt there had to be a reason why I was given the ability to draw. Now I know why! My plan now is to donate profits from art sales to Angel House. I know there are places here at home that can use the money but I feel this is where God is leading at this time.
