It's just a matter of making something "pop out" really. It's a bit of an illusion. It isn't so much that the areas are so bright but instead it's the contrast between the lighter and very dark areas. Crazy huh! Thanks for taking a look.
This is like Its drawn with superb accuracy man. Mindblowing. At first I thought how you clicked a b/w photo in such a clean background. WoW!!! You're a master of shading man. The perspective is perfect. And the minute details like the grills,vents are eye-catching. Superb work!!!
