My friend Clave [link] who's a wonderful profile artist allowed me to do a pencil version of one of his latest. Needless to say, I'll take his version any day over this one. I must admit that it was fun drawing something really technical.

A favorite warbird.. beautiful...Here where I live is Rudy Opitz..he was one of the GErman's cheif test pilots back in the day and flew the komet and the me 262 ,,he's in his 90s now..he was the FAA supervising pilot in the glider club I was in for about a year.. quite an intersting guy..

Thank you but it's just practice really. I'm 45 years old so I've been at it a little while longer. You're miles ahead of where I was at your age. Who's to say what's better ya' know. It's two different styles really and is all relative to the viewer. Art is art and you do a fine job of representing "art.":)
