He was one of my idols. Well, ten year old kids reading their big brother's or father's racing mags in the mid sixties would probably all choose him as their favorite!
I cannot tell you how many times i tried to draw this Lotus! I probably tried it on every photograph in a racing magazine that i could get my hands on.
You did a really sweet job on this, Lyle.
Your ability to get value changes that show the curves of tires and body parts with this stippling technique is outstanding!
This makes for such a great presentation.
